Let’s start with the question I get asked all the time:
“What’s the path to healing?”

And here’s the honest answer I usually soften before saying out loud:
There isn’t just one.
There never was.

I know—it’d be so much easier if healing came with a tidy 10-step checklist, a downloadable meal plan, and an app that reminded you to hydrate, ground, and forgive your ex before bed.

But healing? Healing is messy. Magical. Maddening.
And most of all, it’s personal.

Every Soul Is a Universe

You’re not a machine.
You’re not a diagnosis code or a “before and after” photo.

You are an entire universe—made of energy, stories, emotions, memories, and dreams.
So of course your healing journey won’t look like anyone else’s.

Your body holds your stories.
Your energy field remembers what your mind has long forgotten.
Your triggers, cravings, and patterns are shaped by everything you’ve lived, loved, and lost.

So when someone says, “Just follow this protocol” or “Cut out gluten and call it a day,” it’s okay to pause.
Because your path to healing will always mirror your truth, not someone else’s map.

Healing Isn’t Linear (or Logical… or Instagram-Friendly)

Some people heal through food.
Others through tears.
Some through energy work, others through shadow work.
Some people heal on a mountaintop. Others while rage-cleaning their kitchen and processing ancestral grief through the mop.

There’s no wrong way—only your way.
And it’s worth exploring.

Where to Begin Your Healing Journey

Start by getting curious about what healing really means to you.

Is it…

  • More vitality and energy?
  • Less pain or inflammation?
  • Reclaiming joy or safety in your own body?

  • What feels like a “yes” in my body?
